Simplessus, a software vendor from Hamburg, released a new software solution for contact management.

Simplessus Contacts is a modular, flexible, easy-to-use and web-based application. The data model is not fixed and static, it can be adjusted easily by adding new fields, no programming skills needed.

An outstanding function of this address-management software is the possibility to use it on your mobile phone and PDA with a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Opera Mini. You don’t have to synchronize your data with the PDA and you can use your address data anywhere, anytime.
 

For the synchronization with other systems Simplessus Contacts offers some default interfaces. If you have managed your contacts for a longer period you know how import data quality is. Therefore the contact management system has some features for ensuring data quality like duplicate checking and address verification.

Simplessus Contacts can function as a CRM application for small enterprises by using a simple add-on to import mails and auto-assign contacts to addresses.
