You have no time restrictions regarding the design of your newsletter. If a mail can not be displayed in an old E-mail-client, the recipients have the opportunity to view the web-version from the automatically generated newsletter-archive.

Personalization

Import and Export of contact data

Addresses can be imported and exported easily as CSV or LDIF files. Besides the default interfaces, we are able to develop custom synchronization processes for existing databases and CRM-systems.

Permission based Marketing

Your E-mail-Marketing campaigns will only be successful, if your recipients have previously approved to receive mailings from you. Unsolicited bulk E-mail is often blocked by ISP automatically, so that your E-mails are not even delivered to your recipients’ mailbox.

Using Simplessus Newsletter you are safe because it uses a so called Double-Opt-In. Double-Opt-In means that potential recipients subscribe in a web form. After that they get an E-mail containing a confirmation link. The recipient is accepted only if they have confirmed their E-mail address by clicking on that link.

Integrated images and SPAM-protection

Newsletters can be sent as simple text-mails or as HTML-mails. HTML-Newsletters can be designed to include photos and colors. Often recipients have to reload images the E-mails before they are displayed correctly.

Simplessus Newsletter is able to integrate images and photos directly into the E-mail, so re-loading is not necessary. Additionally it checks the size of your E-mail inbox to avoid sending too large newsletters.

Furthermore it checks your newsletter for »suspicious« words that are often detected by SPAM-filters. With this feature you can avoid that your newsletter is categorized as SPAM.

Reporting / Link-Tracking

Simplessus Newsletter measures the success of your e-campaigns. It analyzes how many e-mails have been delivered, how many unsubscriptions the mailing had, how many mails have been actually read and which links have been clicked how often. The newsletter-software displays various key performance indicators so you can compare your success with other companies.

Newsletter-Archive and Web-View

Archive your newsletters automatically and integrate them into your website. If a recipient has an out-dated E-mail-client, a newsletter might not be displayed correctly. Simplessus Newsletter offers alternative links that lead to the newsletter version from your website.

(Un-)Subscription

Offer your subscription forms on your homepage or on many different domains. The design of the forms can be modified easily.

Bounce-Management

When sending newsletters you often receive a flood of refusals, the so called »Bounced Mails«.

If a mailbox does not exist anymore or is full, the mail-server of your recipient sends an automatic answer-mail to you.

Simplessus Newsletter handles these bounce-mails by putting them into a new special distributor. Afterwards it also removes these mails from your mailbox. You can then check why some persons have not received the newsletter. Correct these problems and send your newsletter again to the updated »bounced-list«.
